Arrived quickly, and securely and vendor response was good when emailed question to them. Purchased this for a Dell mini – word of warning to the computer illiterates like me – took a while to figure out that my netbook did not have the dvd decoder necessary to play a dvd in the external driver. Now that I have that all figured out, I’m happy!!

This is the second BD burner I’ve owned. Realizing the enormous amount of data that needs to be written on a BD disk, I became acustomed to waiting substantial lengths of time to burn a disk. But, that all changed after I got this drive! I can now burn a 30 minute blu-ray movie from Adobe Premiere Pro in LESS than 2 minutes. Most DVD drives won’t burn a DVD that fast. Installation of this drive is simple; literally plug and play. It runs incredibly quiet and works perfectly. It’s definately a Best Buy!
